  • You will be working in a metrics-driven high-velocity high touch Inside Sales environment.
  • Will need a technical and consultative bent of mind. You will be transitioning prospects from a lead stage to a paid customer and will be their Spoc during their trial/evaluation phase.
  • You will need to display a strong capacity to adapt to evolving workflows, metrics, and style of selling.
  • Know how to move opportunities through stages and present a reliable forecast.
  • Have an eye for detail. You are capable of keeping clean and detailed CRM logs and follow the workflow and internal approvals without fail.

A knack for authentic customer communication 

  • You should be a conversation starter with a knack to work through different personas and are adept at building champions within your prospects’ organization.
  • Will be delivering demos and presentations to prospects across different regions and have to be up to speed with our competitor landscape and our unique positioning.

A growth mindset 

  • Will need to display a strong capacity to adapt to evolving workflows, metrics, and style of selling.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments and contribute towards product feedback and roadmap.
  • Will be working across different geographies and will need to adapt to different approaches that work in different regions. This will also mean that you need to be flexible to work in a region as the business demands.
  • You will be working hand in hand with a Sales Development function. Mentoring ability will be a great value-add.  

  

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 yrs of global inside sales experience.  
  • SAAS Sales experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and a rapport building ability. Strong listening skills, objection handling, and articulation.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and an attitude to match.
  • An ability to take rejections without getting bogged down.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs. Solution-oriented sales approach instead of a transactional one.
  • Enthusiasm for technology with demonstrated technical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

– You will establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new sales opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts and new strategic prospects across multiple industry verticals within your assigned territory.

– Present our clients value proposition and solutions using appropriate value-based sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations and efforts

– Help develop and execute in-territory or vertically-focused field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation

– Present to C-level executives the value of our solution

– Interface with all levels of the target organizations

– Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, with senior management and corporate counsel, through contract negotiation and signed contracts

– Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in the sales CRM.

Requirements:

– 5+ years prior closing sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company highly preferred)

– Able to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities and operate at a higher volume closing 3-6 deals a month

– Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks

– Self-starter with a penchant for experimentation. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.

– Experience using sales CRM

  • Kicking off the project
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Leader in winning & starting an eCommerce project
  • Manage relationship with the client
  • Development/Implementation/Team Handling
  • Do the implementation/development of the eCommerce project & manage the implementation team
  • Making the site live, and provide ongoing maintenance & support to the client.
  • The candidate should be a client-facing (important) and not just someone who does work/implementation in the background
  • On the implementation side, the candidate should have experience in leading/managing the implementation team. Many/most of the people on Naukri would be just involved in the implementation and not really in getting involved with client discussions from the beginning & closing the project. We are not looking for these candidates. The candidate should be a leader
  • The candidate should be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in eCommerce implementation & its various platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc
  • The candidate should have experience with both eCommerce websites and mobile apps.
